Nakatani to Defend Title Against Petch Sor Chitpattana

WBC bantamweight champion Junto Nakatani will face Petch Sor Chitpattana in his second title defense on October 16^th in Tokyo, Japan. The bout will be one of seven title fights on the card, which will also feature some of boxing's top fighters.

Nakatani's Road to the Championship

Nakatani won the vacant WBC bantamweight title in June 2021 with a sixth-round TKO victory over Alexandro Santiago. He successfully defended his title against Vincent Astrolabio in April 2022 with a first-round knockout.

Petch Sor Chitpattana: A Formidable Challenger

Petch Sor Chitpattana is a former WBC bantamweight champion who has faced some of the best fighters in the division. He challenges Nakatani with a record of 50-3, with 33 wins coming by knockout.
