Morocco and Argentina Pledge to Strengthen Ties
Fifth Session of Political Consultations

During the fifth session of political consultations held in Rabat, Morocco on Wednesday, Morocco and Argentina pledged to strengthen their bilateral ties.
Moroccan President of the House of Representatives Rachid Talbi Alami and Argentine Foreign Minister Santiago Cafiero led the discussions. They welcomed the "positive and sustained momentum" of their countries' relationship.
In 2022, Morocco became Argentina's second largest trading partner on the African continent. The two nations aim to further enhance economic cooperation, as well as collaboration in areas such as agriculture, renewable energy, and tourism.
